Rich Vass Named Executive Director of Revenue Operations

Salt Lake City, Utah — McKinnon-Mulherin Inc., a Salt Lake City-based corporate communication firm, announced the appointment of Rich Vass as executive director of revenue operations effective July 1.

Vass, a seasoned learning executive and strategic operations leader, brings more than three decades of experience in human performance, talent development, communications and custom learning solutions to the position. As a cofounder at ELB Learning (ELB), Vass led integrated teams across the United States and India, fostering a collaborative global culture while delivering high-quality learning experiences to clients worldwide. Under his leadership, ELB enjoyed multiple consecutive years of revenue growth and dramatic improvements in gross margin, reflecting his data-driven approach to operational excellence, go-to-market strategy and sales leadership.
