16 organizations recognized for workplace flexibility

Sixteen organizations along the Wasatch Front will receive Alfred P. Sloan awards for workplace flexibility from the Salt Lake Chamber at a breakfast today.

Registration information for the $20-per-ticket event, at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in Salt Lake City from 8:30 to 10 a.m., is available by calling Heather Fountaine at 328-5048.

Jane Blackwell, a Salt Lake clinical psychologist, will be the keynote speaker. She will discuss the impact of the economy and ways to cope with stressful times.
